  1. EMF Simulation Sdn Bhd (“EMFSB”) pledges to adhere to the obligations stipulated under the Privacy Policy stated herein.
  2. In doing so, EMFSB will ensure compliance by its respective officers and staff to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality in respect of all personal information and data submitted by Applicants  via www.emfsimulation.com. and will not, subject to the terms herein, release such information to any third party without the prior consent of the relevant applicant(s).
  3. Applicants are strongly recommended to read this Privacy Policy carefully to have an understanding of the policy and practices with regard to the treatment of personal information and data provided by the Applicant(s) on the website.
  4. In the course of using the website, Applicants may disclose or be asked to provide personal information and/or data. In order to participate in the MIV Programme via the website, it would be necessary for applicants to provide EMFSB with their personal information and/or data as EMFSB will not be able to process the application   for the MIV Programmed entry on the website in the event should the applicants fail to do so.
  5. Only duly authorized staff of EMFSB will be permitted to access the Applicant(s)’ personal information and/or data, and EMFSB shall not release such personal information and/or data to any other third parties, unless consent is provided.
  6. EMFSB may collect personal information and/or data about an Applicant such as his/her name, address, email address, phone number and education level, and any other information that is/are not otherwise publicly available, and such collection may only be used for the following purposes:
    1. research;
    2. publication;
    3. training and up skilling;
    4. prospective supervisors of volunteering projects;
    5. international collaboration/event programmes; and
    6. programmes with strategic partners.
  7. In the event the applicants are not agreeable with the use of their personal information and/or data for the purposes stated above, the applicants shall inform EMFSB accordingly.
